The C.F. Moysley collection of archaeology

This is a collection which was put together in the first half of the 20th Century by Mr Moylsley from Torquay who worked on many archaeological dig sites throughout England and even travelled to such places as UR in Iran. The collection includes a vast number of Stone Age flint shards, scrapers, cores, numerous boxes of Samian ware and various other ceramics. Most of the pieces are labelled with the location of where they were dug and the date
